Welcome Secretary of Education Designee David Barker

The Foundation welcomes David Barker to our Board of Trustees.  Dr. Barker serves as the Assistant Secretary for Postsecondary Education where he works to improve outcomes and accountability in postsecondary education. He will serve in the Board position designated for the United States Secretary of Education, Linda McMahon. By statute the Secretary of Education serves on our Board as an ex officio member.
