The No Fear Act (§301 of the Notification and Federal Employee Antidiscrimination and Retaliation Act of 2002), mandates that each federal agency post summary statistical data on complaints of employment discrimination filed against it by employees, former employees and applicants for employment under 29 C.F.R. 1614.


The data to be posted is described in §301(b) of the Act and 29 CFR 1614.704 and can be accessed at: http://www.truman.gov/statements/statements_show.htm?doc_id=272823 or by clicking on the “No Fear Act” link at the bottom of the Foundation’s home page (www.truman.gov).  The required summary statistical data for EEO complaints filed against the Truman Foundation is available below.
