Kelsea earned her B.A. from American University in 2018, where she studied international studies with a specialty in peace and global security. She is originally from Aliso Viejo, California. She served as the Foundation’s Intern in 2017, working alongside the Foundation staff to coordinate different programs and events. She is pursuing her Master’s in Latin American Security Studies at Georgetown University. She is currently doing research for the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights, analyzing Colombian military doctrine from the 1970s. Kelsea currently serves as the Foundation’s Program Manager.
