Madeleine Daepp majors in economics and mathematics. Her experiences working on a Swiss Biohof and interviewing pork farmers near her hometown led her pursue a career in agricultural policy. Madeleine has also taught cooking classes to children and implemented an urban garden in inner city St. Louis. In her free time, she enjoys playing flute, hiking, and trying any type of food from scrapple to fondue.
